We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colour of products. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the product description or price, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (PayFast, PayFLEX, and banking institutions). We do not store credit card details. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
