Courier (Main) — R150.00

Door-to-door delivery nationwide. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Personal Collect — George (WC) — Free

Collect directly from our store at Shop 4, The Cornerstone Lifestyle Centre, Blanco, George. We'll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready — usually within 1 business day.

Own Courier — George (WC) — Free

Arrange your own courier to collect from our George address. We'll contact you when your order is packed and ready for collection.

↩️ Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works:

30-day return window: You may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
Contact us first: Email info@houseofauthenticme.co.za before returning anything. Include your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrectly sent.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will cover all costs to resolve the issue.
Refund timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
