Are your products 100% natural? +
Yes. Every House of Authentic Me formulation is made with ethically sourced, natural ingredients — free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates and harmful preservatives. We believe in honest skincare you can trust.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? +
Most of our range is formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Our Eczema & Psoriasis collection is specifically designed for reactive skin. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? +
Yes — we do not test on animals and our products contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? +
Browse our store or collections, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You'll need an account to complete your purchase. Creating one takes less than a minute.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept PayFast (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayFLEX (4 interest-free instalments), Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), and Pay by Bank (Capitec, Nedbank, Absa, FNB and more).
Is my payment secure? +
Absolutely. All card payments are processed through PayFast, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Can I pay in instalments? +
Yes — select PayFLEX at checkout to split your purchase into 4 equal interest-free payments over 6 weeks. You pay 25% today and receive your order immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +
Orders are typically packed within 1 business day. Courier delivery takes 2–3 business days to most areas in South Africa. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free delivery? +
You can avoid delivery charges by selecting Personal Collect at our George store, or arranging your own courier from George, Western Cape.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us at info@houseofauthenticme.co.za to arrange a return.
What if my product arrives damaged? +
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@houseofauthenticme.co.za with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
How long do refunds take? +
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to order? +
Yes — an account lets you track your orders, view your order history, and makes future checkouts faster. Registration is free and takes under a minute.
